When the Ubolratana Dam was built, this area became a lake which is a national park area. The area is about half of the Phu Phan Kham. Mountains Phu Kao Mountains are two-tiered mountains. The outer layer is mountainous and has a very steep slope. The inner mountain slopes are not very steep. Most of the area is high and low, some are plains composed of forests. There are many kinds of wildlife, caves, waterfalls, Lan Hin Lad and strange rock formations. similar to Palahai cave castle. There is a hand painting and carvings of prehistoric humans and a pavilion on the top of a rock known as the Ho Sawan, where you can see the view."
